Michelle Peterson
Founder & Realtor
Michelle Peterson grew up in Eastern Massachusetts where she learned team work, discipline and a cheerful competitive nature through her many sports endeavors. After graduating high school she joined the USAF where she fined tuned these skills and was pushed to realize her full potential. She lived in many extremes from Arizona to Alaska until she returned home to Massachusetts in 1995 where she finally settled down and grew her roots.
She is the proud mother of 5 beautiful children, four girls and one boy, raising them in a quaint town in Central Massachusetts where she devoted 8 years to homeschooling the girls before she started her career in sales. She chose sales because it gave her the ability to be flexible with a growing family.
Her experiences range from network marketing to successfully owning and operating a large retail store, and managing the office of her husband's construction company. Due to Michelle's experiences she brings a vast array of knowledge to the real estate profession.
She has the ability to be a great sellers agent because she understands the market and what makes a home sell-able.
She has a great eye for decorating and the ability to stage properties if need be. She is a great buyers agent because she see's things in a home or the potential a home may bring that others may not. She has had years of customer service and understands in order to be a good sales person the most important thing to do is really listen to what your buyers are looking for. She understands the rental market and has had great success finding tenants a place to call home.
Brian Forgues

Brian was born and raised in north central Massachusetts. It is here that he continues to reside with his wife and has raised their two sons. He studied Graphic Arts and has a degree in Management Information Systems. He spent much of his professional life working in a profession where attention to detail was critical and mistakes could result in a major financial loss for the project.
He brings that same focus to the real estate market. His career roles extend from manufacturing, scheduling and the management of departments, systems, people and projects. He understands and is passionate about the fact that what turns houses into homes is the people.
He wants his clients' experience to be enjoyable and exciting. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing he understands how important it is to you, your finances and more importantly your family.
In his spare time he enjoys camping, boating, riding UTVs and ATVs, hunting, fishing, target shooting, and spending time with family and friends.
April Fonte
Office Manager
April Fronte has been a resident of the Winchendon community for over 30 years. She is so excited to be turning that small town community focus toward real estate. April worked for GFA Federal Credit Union in town for 5 years happily serving her members with all their financial needs. It was during this career she discovered her passion for real estate.
With a passion for service in the Winchendon area, as well as all surrounding towns, April is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Elm Grove Realty family, April carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. April joined her team almost 2 years ago and has had almost $4 million in sales so far.
When April isn’t busy making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dog. She also enjoys yoga, meditation, hiking, and kayaking.
Shayna Dufault

Shayna is a real estate agent in Massachusetts. She grew up in Central Mass and knows this area very well. She has a background in nursing and customer service and a passion for helping people and for real estate. She enjoys helping her clients with the process of buying or selling their home.
When she's not working, she is at home enjoying time with her children and husband. Her interests are in nature, exercise, holistic practices, and gardening.
